WATERLOO—North Union junior Drew Henderson earned a medal with a sixth place overall finish at the Class 1A state golf meet held on May 27-28 at the South Hills Golf Course in Waterloo.

Henderson completed the two-day tournament with a 36-hole score of 152 to tie with Carter Kleinwolterink of Boyden-Hull for sixth place in the meet that saw a total of 81 golfers compete in the state tourney.
