ALGONA—Staying just one game behind league leader St. Edmond, the Algona Bulldogs’ softball squad stayed right in the thick of the North Central Conference race with another impressive win on Friday, June 27.

The red-and-black’s latest victory was a 9-1, five-inning triumph over the Webster City Lynx. The win was the Bulldogs’ 12th victory in their last 13 games.
