Storytime kids from the Whittemore Public Library and their siblings recently visited the Whittemore Fire Station. The firemen gave the kids a tour of the station and equipment and went over some fire safety rules with the kids. They put on their full gear so the kids would be familiar with how they look and sound in case they had a fire in their home.
