Members of the Sons of the Legion, Seely Walsh Post 425 of Whittemore, hosted a supper on National Purple Heart Day, Aug. 7, 2024 to remember all in the Military that have been awarded Purple Hearts during their service to our Country.

The evening began with social hour at 5 p.m. followed by a short program held outside by the “Freedom Rock” located in the Purple Heart garden. A light meal followed the program.
