BRITT — Wayne Eckels, age 79, of Britt, passed away at Hancock County Health Systems on July 30, 2018, with his family at his side.
Funeral services for Wayne Eckels were held Friday, Aug. 3, 2018, at the Woden Christian Reformed Church.
Wayne is survived by his wife Judy (Marlow) and children Monte, Michelle (Gustave) Kirk-Boisits of Centennial, Colo.; grandchildren Amber (Garrett) Burton; Chelsie (Matt Diehl) Eckels, Kayla (Keenan) Shotts, Samuel Kirk, Wilson Kirk; Grace Kirk; great-grandchildren Charlize Eckels; Cashius Burton; and Jamesen Diehl; sister Bonnie (Marvin) Kosters and brother William (Marilyn) Eckels.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brother-in-law Don (Linda) Agostine.
