ISU's solar car comes to Algona

Penny the solar car made a trip to Algona on Thursday, June 14. The car, formally named Penumbra, is a solar powered mode of transportation that was built by PrISUm, Iowa State University’s solar power car team.
 Adults and kids alike stood around the car, learning about how it works from members of the team.
